What's included and Information

Bed Linen (Sheets, duvet slips and bath towels)

Bed linen is INCLUDED on all weekly lets. Excluding beach towles. But linen is CHARGED on all short term & weekend beaks.

Why do we charge for linen for weekends? It's often for smaller parties, who want to a saving, so linen is an add-on charge or BYO sheets, duvet cover and pillow slips on any short break or weekend let.

Towels & Linen £20.00 double £15.00 singles.

Spa Pool

The spa pool in operated between July and August. If you want the pool outside these times we charge £150 a visit to fill and maintain it.

Arrival & Departures

Weekly Lets arrive after 4pm depart 10am

Weekends arrive after 4pm depart Sun 6pm (2 night) or Mon 10am (3 nights)

WiFi, Games, Gas and Electricity

These are all included, including table tennis, bikes, trampoline, table football, Xbox, games, beach equipment.

First floor: 4 Double, 1 Single

Attic rooms: 1 Twin walk through to 1 Triple (sea view)
